WHAT DO I NEED TO MAKE YOUR COMMISSION?:
- Character reference (description, picture, etc.)
- Type of commission (Style 1, style 2, chibi, or animal).
- Opcional: pose, expression, background color, palette color, etc.
- Will the drawing be used for personal or commercial purposes?
- Do I have your permission to publish the commission on my profiles and use it as an example?

NOTES:
- Reference Sheet: 2 Fullbody + 1 Heatshot + Color palette
- Payment is through PayPal, Zelle, Zinli, or Kofi in USD.
- Price may increase depending on: If you want to add background, background complexity, clothing, pose and character design, additional revisions, additional characters, lineart, etc.
- No Refunds.

Terms of Services

GENERAL TERMS:
- I won't draw: hate art, hyperrealism, NFT, with AIs.
- I'll make the commission in orden of arrival.
- I have the right to reject your commissions withhout giving any explanation.
- The commissions will be quoted depending on the order.
- The final product won't be delivered without the full payment.WORK TERMS:
- The work will be carried out in the following order: after placing the orden I will start with one (1) up to four (4) sketches. When one of the sketches is approved, a more detalied example of the final piece will sent as a final review (with a water mark). Once approved I will proceed to the final product.
- What you'll receive?: your artwork in it's full resolution without my water maker. The signature/ user cannot be deleted.
- Delivery times may vary depending on complexity, volumen of orders, or personal problems, etc. If you need the commission quickly or in a specific day, please tell me before starting.PAYMENT TERMS:
- The payment is processed through PayPal, Zelle, Zinli, or Ko-fi in USD in advance. However, it is possible to pay 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch, depending on the order and the agreed amount.
- The price can increase depending on: complexity of the background, character design, additional revisions or characters, etc.
-No refunds.USE TERMS:
- The rights are mine. You are paying me to create an image, not transfer its rights.
- You only have the right to use the final product for personal use, without commercial purposes you cannot make money from it, or resell it. To request a commission for comercial purposes, please tell me before starting.
- I have the right to publish on my profiles and use the final product as an example for future commissions if the client allows it.
- It is forbidden to edit or intervene in my illustrations. Any changes you want to have, let me know. (Do not draw on top, do not change colors without letting me know, etc.)NOTES:
- If you ask for a commission, I'm going to assume you read, understood and agree to these terms.
- Before placing the order, make sure you send all required information and the additional requirements that you want.
